We are based out of and serve Wake county including: Raleigh, Durham, Holly Springs, Cary, Apex, Garner, Fuquay Varina, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, and Clayton

What areas do you serve?

The sooner the better! Our calendar fills up quickly. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate last minute requests depending on our schedule and the complexity of the order.

How far in advance do I need to order my balloon display?

We have a standard price list for our balloon bouquets. For our custom balloon setups, pricing varies based on the scale, design, and complexity of the order.

Delivery & installation fees are added to the subtotal.

Installation Fee = 20% of your order subtotal

Delivery Fee: Calculated based on the distance from our zip code (27540) to your event location at $2 per mile 

How much does balloon decor cost?

Payments are made via our secure online booking system that is linked to your proposal. 

We require a 50% deposit to save your date. 

For custom balloon installations:
The balance of the invoice is due 1 week prior to your pickup or delivery date

For premium balloon bouquets:
The balance of the invoice is due 2 days prior to your pickup or delivery date

How do I pay for my balloons?

We only use professional-grade balloons. The longevity of balloons is dependent on care. We cannot guarantee it, but our balloons can last as long as a month if kept away from sharp objects, sunlight, and extreme temperatures.

How long will my balloons last?

Absolutely! We love to help pull out your ideas and bring the flair!

We create mockups for you so you can see what your balloons will look like once they’re created. 
Hand sketches are included in a design consultation
Color mockup consultation can be provided for $75 with 3 iterations and will be deducted from the final cost if you move forward with booking

I want to order balloons… but I don’t know exactly what I want. Can you help?

If you need to cancel, we request at least two weeks' notice for a full refund (less material costs if purchased prior to cancellation notice.)

Your deposit can be moved to another date if one is available. 

Cancellations less than two weeks from your event are not eligible for refund. 

Deposits, less than two weeks to the event date, are non-refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ONLY work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons available. Our latex balloons are made of natural rubber latex and are 100% biodegradable. 

We are also advocates of smart balloon practices. Please do not release your balloons in the air and always properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.

What are your balloons made of?

Yes, we sure do! We offer a wide range of backdrop rentals including chiara boards, greenery walls, shimmer walls, cake stands and more.

Do you offer full-service installs including backgrounds and props?

Grab-and-go garlands are completely constructed by us and picked up, hung, and styled by you. We supply easy to follow installation instructions along with hanging materials.
